These Beach Bum Shorts are made from double brushed polyester. What does that mean?! It means they are buttery soft and have some stretch. They have a gathered elastic waistband for easy on-off over a diaper or little undies. They have a faux drawstring that you can tie or just leave hanging. Your little one will never want to take these shorts off.
